Option 1 - ONLINE REGISTRATION
方式一     在线注册

Online Test Registration is completed in two steps:
在线注册考试分两个步骤:

• Step 1 - Personal Details
  步骤一：个人资料                                                     
          
• Step 2 - Assessment Booking
  步骤二：考试报名

Once online registration has been completed your place will be tentatively booked until payment has been received. Once payment is received an email confirming your place will be sent to you.
通过在线注册考试后将暂时保留您的考试资格，收到考试费用后会确保您的考试资格。一旦收到考试费用既会给您发电子邮件确认您的考试事宜。

Option 2 - FAX REGISTRATION
方式二     传真注册

Alternatively you can print off an application form (pdf) click here and fax it to +613 9787 2587 and a confirmation  letter confirming your place will be sent to you.
您也可点击这里打印报名表（pdf文件），填写完毕后传真到+613 9787 2587，您随后将收到考试确认信。

All information needs to be completed in English.
