New Test Centres
New test centres have been appointed in:
Busan, Korea - IDP Education Australia will provide testing by arrangement (commenced October 2007)
Germany - Elfie Konrad, an independent test administrator will provide testing by arrangement (commenced October 2007)
Seoul, Korea - Diplomax Institute is a school which will provide regular testing each month (commenced March 2007).
Cambodia - IDP Education Australia will provide testing by arrangement.
Testing is available at specified times but in some circumstances can be arranged by mutual agreement between the student and the Test Centre. Testing will usually be available within two to three weeks.
In the People’s Republic of China test dates are currently scheduled in several cities on a monthly basis. For more information about applying for testing in the People’s Republic of China click here.
Students
will be asked by the AEAS Test Centre to complete an Application
Form. Students
in countries other than the People’s Republic of China can download
the Application Form on line, complete and fax or email to the AEAS Test
Centre. Application Forms are also available directly from the AEAS Test
Centre.

Students are required to bring to testing:

the test fee (as advised by the AEAS Test Centre) |

The test fee is AUD$320.00 (at 1 January 2003) and is payable by the student or parents.
The test fee in Japan is Y30,000.
If students wish to apply to more than three schools, an additional fee of AUD$13.00 will be payable for each additional school.
Some AEAS Test Centres charge an additional administration fee to cover the cost of test room hire, courier/postage fees and other miscellaneous charges. Administration fees charged by AEAS Test Centres in relation to testing must be approved by AEAS.
Some Test Centres also provide counselling services (for example, they are Education Agents) and may charge students other fees for services provided that are unrelated to AEAS.

Downloading and/or viewing PDF files
To view a PDF file either online or after
downloading, you will need a copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 4.0 or
greater for your web browser, which can be obtained for free by clicking on the
‘Get Acrobat Reader’ icon below and following the step-by-step instructions.
Once the Adobe Acrobat has been loaded you can view the PDF file online by
simply clicking on the link provided.
If you already have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or greater installed, we recommend that you right mouse click on the PDF file link and select ‘Save Target As...’ as the most efficient method of downloading the PDF file.
Printing the PDF file
After downloading or viewing the PDF file, if you choose to print the document, you must ensure that the ‘Shrink to Fit’ box is activated on the ‘Print’ action box.
Some PDF files contain graphical information displayed in colour. If you choose to print the PDF file in black and white only, you must refer to the electronic PDF file if the graphical information is not clear when printed in black and white.
